Cooking Oil Line
Carolina Soy Products, Warsaw, NC, has introduced a line of naturally pro­cessed commercial cooking oil with no trans fatty acids (TFA’s). Whole Harvest® Culinary Oil and Whole Harvest® SmartFry are made from a patent-pending process that preserves natural omega 3’s and vitamin E. The Whole Harvest line is not hydrogenated and is naturally low in saturated fats.
